The address is weird? What's up?
We promise, this is the CORRECT address and the ONLY way to enter the property. You'll see the signs and flags directing you to this entrance at 20000 El Camino Real. Please do not attempt any other way of entering at you will greatly upset a few residents who live near the ranch. PLEASE SEE MAP TO ENTRANCE ABOVE
What is different this year?
The location! Please note the address change. This venue will blow your mind and we are so excited for new rides, new activities, new everything! We’ve done the work to ensure this site has everything you need and then kicked it up a notch from the previous years with nicer amenities. Why? Cause YOU are worth it!
The event is now Fri-Sun! We are opening gates early on Friday, 10:00AM and the event ends at 11:00AM sharp on Sunday. We strive to give you the best bang for the buck and this new event space is incredibly beautiful. With the new location and all the amenities it takes to bring the site up to code for overnight camping, + adding the amenities for you to enjoy, we wanted to ensure this event was still affordable. Want to extend your adventure? Add some extra days on the coast to and from the event to make your journey even more fun! Click HERE to see all the sites around the event worth seeing and enjoying!

What ticket and passes do I buy? Looks kinda confusing!
No problem! We can break this down easily for you :) and PS: Last day to buy tickets or transfer to another person's name is Oct 8th @ 12:00PM sharp pacific.
GENERAL ADMISSION - NON-REFUNDABLE- This IS a ticket to the event and every attendee must have one to enter the property.
CAR PARKING - NON-REFUNDABLE- This is NOT a ticket to the event. Each car or truck must purchase this parking pass for their 4-wheel vehicle to park on the property during the event. Make sure that you and all of your passengers have a GENERAL ADMISSION - NON-REFUNDABLE ticket to the event as these are not sold at the door.
CAR +TRAILER x TOY HAULER x RV PARKING (NO HOOKUPS) - NON-REFUNDABLE: This is NOT a ticket to the event. Towing anything, have a RV, toy hauler, trailer, renting one of the RVS on the property already? You need this pass as your towing set up, rig, or rented rig takes up considerable room on the property. Make sure that you and all of your passengers / trailer guests have a GENERAL ADMISSION - NON-REFUNDABLE ticket to the event as these are not sold at the door.
**There are no day passes or discount passes if you are not staying on the property. We have to pay for the space and amenities no matter if you stay there an hour or the full weekend**
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. We do encourage you to ride your own moto to the event to save in costs but understand that is not always an option.
I want to camp next to my friends?
The only way that we can guarantee that is if you arrive together. There is a lot more flexibility if you are all motorcycle camping for obvious spacial reasons BUT IF YOU HAVE A CAR PASS OR CAR WITH TRAILER/RV PASS YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR FRIENDS TO GET THE SPOT NEXT TO YOUR FRIENDS. PARKING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO YOU WILL BE PARKED IN THE ORDER THAT YOU ARRIVE IN. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
When can I arrive? How late is check in? What happens if I arrive late?
Gates are open Friday at 10:00AM sharp! Feel free to come anytime from 10:00AM until 10PM at night. If you arrive after 10:00PM registration will be closed & security will direct you to temporary camping until we can safely get you into a camping spot the next morning. This is for safety reasons for all guests as no one wants to hear tires rumble by their head while they are trying to sleep.
Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferable? When is the last day to purchase tickets or transfer to another guests name?
We are not able to refund any tickets under any circumstances. You, the buyer, can transfer the ticket up until ticket sales end on Oct 8th, noon pacific time. Babes Ride Out is not responsible for transferring your ticket. The name on the ticket must match the new registrant so please check with them to ensure they received the ticket after you transfer it. Can’t figure out how to transfer, click HERE, we promise it’s very easy to do. Last day to buy tickets or transfer to another person's name is Oct 8th @ 12:00PM sharp pacific.
I bought a ticket but want to stay somewhere else, can I come and go as I please?
You sure can!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21+ to attend and yes, we do check IDs at the gate :)
Are pets allowed?
No pets! If you have a service dog, please contact us at email@example.com
What is up with food, water, alcohol?
We will have multiple food options, espresso/coffee drinks other non-alcoholic beverages. We cater to vegans, gluten free folks, vegetarians, and those who love comfort foods as well. We have FREE all you can drink water and hydration station on the grounds to ensure you stay hydrated. Town is only a few miles away and features restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Please note that the property owners forbids outside alcohol so please be respectful of this. There are no fires allowed so do not plan on cooking.
Are fires or charcoal allowed in camping sections?
No fires, no open flame whatsoever, charcoals are allowed in the camping areas due to the state of CA being extremely flammable. We will have monitored fires up at the main area, the barn, so you can enjoy those each evening.
Sorry, this is per the event venue. There is no smoking allowed on the property. If you need to smoke, the only place that is allowed on the property is at the gate to the airstrip. Please make sure you cigarette is completely out and dispose of it in a trash can. Please respect the property so we can be invited back next year!
Can I take photos, video, do social media takeovers for a magazine, brand, blog etc?
That is AWESOME and we’d love to hear more! Babes Ride Out is a private event and we do the best we can not to distract our guests so they can have the best time possible. If you want to shoot the event in any way for a media source, a brand, or other non-personal use, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for permission as no commercial photography or video of any kind is allowed unless approved by BRO. Images for your own use are 100% awesome and appreciated! No need to ask if it’s for yourself and/or personal social media, we only ask that you be respectful to the other attendees :)
What are my transport/parking options at the event?
Motorcycles will be in one section and cars, trucks, trailers, & RVs in another. No vehicles will be allowed to enter motorcycle camping for safety reasons but you can easily walk over camping gear if you are hauling it for a friend. Camping and parking for all vehicles will be first come first serve and will be managed by our parking attendants. There will be dedicated staff to lead you into the area once you arrive and show you were to set up in rows to ensure roads are not obstructed. RVs will be stacked as they arrive, no spot holding or dedicated spot #s, thanks for your understanding on this to ensure everyone gets in safely and efficiently. We suggest arriving with the people you want to camp next to.
I don't ride yet / I don't have my license / am a new rider / scared to come / coming solo / losing it cause I am a ball of nerves and I need you to walk me through this cause I am about to throw up!
Girrrrrrllll, we have ALL been there! Listen, this event started as 50 ladies not knowing each other and has turned into a global movement. Why? Cause it's such a laid back, fun, and welcoming community. We offer car passes to purchase along with your general admission to those who are not riders yet or are new to riding and unsure they feel ready to make the trek. On site, there will be activities for you to participate in that are moto related even if you never sat on a bike before (stay tuned for info on that!). If you want to connect to others who are coming, click HERE and it will take you to the official facebook event page for this particular event that serves as a forum to converse with others. If you are driving, the best way to be a hero is posting that you'd be happy to meet a group of riders and be their chase / haul supplies! No one is more grateful than a motorcyclist with a chase :)
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring everything you need to be comfortable camping under the stars! We will have a suggested packing list posting soon with tips and tricks on how to safely pack your moto.
Please do not bring: outside alcohol (this is a rule of the property) people who did not buy a ticket, boyfriends, husbands, animals, kids, signs/banners, eazy ups (sorry! it obstructs the natural beauty of the camp and it is far too windy), fireworks, items to vend, handouts like stickers, buttons, flyers as we end up spending hours picking up these items off the ground. Leave no trace :) Our security will be on patrol so please be kind when they ask you to put these items away or ask your uninvited "friend" to leave. The last thing we want to do is be difficult but we want EVERYONE to have fun, not just you :)
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We go off the pre printed guest list as printed tickets are not honored at the gate. Simply bring your ID.
What is the refund policy?
100% NO REFUNDS under no circumstance as this is a self-funded event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. The name on the ticket MUST match your ID. You can buy a ticket for a friend but make sure the ticket is in their name or show up together so you can collect both and hand off to the other ticket(s) to your friend. No nicknames on tickets, we have 0 idea who “Full Throttle Frieda” is.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
