For the second year in a row, the ladies behind "Babes Ride Out” brought everyone together for an epic weekend filled with awesome experiences and memories we will hold onto forever! Back at the same location at Hungry Valley Recreation Park in Gorman, California, the wind and cold nights didn’t stop anyone from attending and getting out on the trails during the day and having a good time at night. Fox was proud to support these women riders with an event headquarters complete with a hosted BBQ dinner, Karaoke party, demo gear to ride in and the live Supercross race on display for everyone to watch!

Fox Women's Ambassador shared her experience from the weekend below.
Per usual to Babes Ride Out events, all babes welcome – whether you had a dirt bike or not, had experience or had never popped a clutch before; Babes in the Dirt is the ultimate dirt bike experience surrounded by like-minded, wild spirited babes.
After an early Friday morning start, Starbucks and a battle with trunk space we headed north of L.A. ready to get dirty. We arrived early as the sponsors were setting up – See See Motorcycles and Poler to the North, setting up for a mini bike flat track race, Husqvarna and its fleet of rentals, Fox Racing lounge for the babes to hang out and sing Karaoke Saturday night, Stumptown coffee providing some body VP fuel and Stance socks giving the babes an opportunity to pick a pair of socks and send a pair to a friend missing out! 3PM rolled around rather quickly and the gates opened and women from all walks of life flooded the Hungry Valley campsite; some riding solo, some loaded down bumper to tailgate with gear, beer and babes. The energy as everyone rolled in was infectious and despite the cold and wind, everyone was smiling and ready to twist some throttle.
Saturday morning kicked off with the official riders meeting held in the Fox Racing lounge. Bundled up and standing shoulder-to-shoulder, downing Stumptown coffee, around 200 badass babes stood in the lounge raring to go. Throughout the day babes were rolling in-and-out of camp – riding, lounging, watching SX live from Foxborough and having fun. A good crew of us went out for a ride, twisting up to the summit, hitting natural terrain and even getting a little lost and coming to a dead end. Mid-afternoon ladies lined up at the dirt gate for See See Motorcycles x Poler’s mini bike flat track race. Although labeled as non-competitive and just for fun, you could tell these babes were hungry for the #1 plate. It was definitely one of the highlights watching a bunch of women playfully smack talk, battle, drift, wash out and pick their bike up laughing and smiling.
After a full day of riding, we were hungry! The Fox Racing crew provided a killer meal for all the babes in attendance; we were definitely spoiled to have that kind of spread in the middle of no-where. Following dinner, the babes were ready to get down in the dirt and party! The Mini Bike awards were given out, the Fox gear give away was drawn and karaoke was underway – lets just say at one point in the night there was even a conga line.
Growing up riding with men and very few women, Babes in the Dirt is a completely new experience. Talking about dirt bikes and Dungey one moment and then helmet hair and beauty products the next, these women are my people. A huge thank you to Anya and Ashmore for connecting so many badass women from all over the world, all for the love of motorcycles! Till next year.
